1. Please ensure that you have installed the correct Google Authenticator, iOS Authenticator, or Android Authenticator.
2. If your Google Authenticator is associated with multiple accounts, please ensure that the code you entered corresponds to the email address of your BexBack account.
3. Each verification code is valid for 30 seconds. Please ensure that you enter and submit it within 30 seconds.
4. Please ensure that the time on your phone is synchronized with the standard time of your time zone.
Method to set the standard time on iOS:
1. Ensure that your phone is connected to the Internet.
[Settings] - [General] - [Date & Time] - [Confirm Time Zone] - [Enable Automatic Setting]
Method to set the standard time on Android:
1. Ensure that your phone is connected to the Internet.
[Settings] - [Additional settings] - [Date & Time] -[Confirm Time Zone] - [Enable Use network-provided time],There are many brands of Android phones, and this setting is for Xiaomi phones as an example.
